Request account deletion

This page explains what is removed, what may be retained for a short time, and how to submit a verified deletion request.

What will be deleted

  • User profile (account record) and access to the site/app.
  • Primary personal identifiers stored in your profile: email address and password (stored as a cryptographic hash, not plain text).
  • Balances and internal wallet records linked to your account (if applicable).
  • Referral bindings to your account.

What may be retained temporarily

  • Security and audit logs (IP, device, timestamps) — up to 90 days to prevent abuse and enable dispute resolution.
  • Backup copies — until the next scheduled rotation (up to 30 days), после чего записи становятся недоступны и удаляются циклически.
  • Legal/financial records (если применимо: чеки, выплаты, акты) — хранятся столько, сколько требует закон и бухгалтерия.
Important: deletion is irreversible. After completion, you will lose access to your account and associated benefits.

How to request deletion

  1. Fill out the form below from the email used for your account.
  2. In the message, include: your account email, optional User ID (если знаете), and confirm “I request deletion of my account and personal data.”
  3. Complete the anti-bot check and submit your request.
  4. We’ll email you a confirmation and may ask to verify ownership of the account.
  5. Upon verification, we schedule deletion and notify you when it’s completed.
